Choir -

Adult Sunday School -

If you're looking for stimulating discussion about the Bible and your everyday life, then please join us for The Welcome All Bible Class. We meet every Sunday at 9:15am (concurrent with Children’s Sunday School) in the classroom next to the kitchen.

 

Women's Group -

Women at our church find fellowship in the Joyful United Methodist Women. They meet every other month for program, study and fellowship. For more information, contact Shirley Enfield at 301-834-7488.

Mission Team -

Still feeling high from our Mission Trip 2009 to the Henderson Settlement in Kentucky - we're preparing for another trip next year. Last year we sent a team of adults and youth (ages 13 and up) to work on repairing a home in Appalachian Kentucky.  If you've thought, "How can I help others and grow closer to God?"-- this is the experience for you. Call Patty Ansel for more information, 301-834-7673.

 

Food Bank -

The churches of Brunswick provide a much needed service to folks in Brunswick who need help to put food on the table. Each Thursday evening, the Food Bank operates out of the Bethany House, located next to Bethany Lutheran Church. Staffed solely by volunteers like you, dozens of families are helped each month.   Donations of food are greatly appreciated and volunteers are welcomed. For more information, contact Sandy Cox, 301-834-8802.

 

Alcoholics Anonymous -

On Monday nights at Maryland Avenue, AA hosts a Brunswick gathering at 7pm.
